Our consultants will provide on request advisory services to the technology services of the bank, on how best to use the banking software and its functionality to provide a competitive and cost effective advantage to the business departments of the bank. The consultant may also provide on request, advisory services on how best to upgrade or suggest alternate methodologies to minimize operational risk to the bank. The consultant may also provide on request, suggestions on how best to re-engineer and restructure the technology operations of the bank and suggestions on how best to improve the performance of the existing systems.

Our consultants will provide advisory services on how best to structure outsourcing / in-sourcing of technology operations to low cost locations. They work with the bank to select primary and backup locations after accessing the risk profile of the locations and will assist the bank with vendor selection and structuring of the outsourced operations. They will also put in place for the bank, methodologies to collect various performance matrices to analyze productivity and ROI.

Our consultants will provide software design and development services on some of the products used by the bank. The design and development services will include wirting business requirements, functional and technical specifications. Programming and testing services on the IBM AS/400 using RPGLE400, CL400 & SQL 400, along with Java (J2ME to J2EE) for all platforms.

The consultant will work with the bank to evaluate the best possible way to upgrade the core banking solution of the bank while minimizing business and operational risk to the bank and help the bank work with the vendor to accomplish the same while trying to reduce cost for the bank.

The consultant will work with the bank to evaluate all the modifications currently in place and point to functionality in the core banking system in use by the bank that may easily replace the modifications. The consultant will work with the bank in minimizing the modifications and the cost to the bank and also help the bank with the change management implementation and standards definition.

The consultant will provide on request, training sessions / knowledge transfer sessions for business or technical functionality of the core banking system used by the bank or any functionality that may have been developed for the bank.
